Industrial Fund

The ClearView Properties (#3) LP was formed in 2017 and focused on acquiring and managing income-producing Industrial buildings in Alberta. We aim to give our investors stable, steady, reliable, and growing cash distributions. At the same time, our invested equity continues to grow through the reduction of debt and the increase in the value of our holdings.
The Fund currently owns 300,000 sf of industrial real estate on a total of 13 acres, with eight tenants and is 100% occupied. We are actively looking to increase the size of the portfolio through strategic acquisitions and partnerships. Distributions are paid monthly to our investors based on the cash flow of the buildings we own, and our equity continues to grow over time.

Multi-Family Fund

The ClearView Multi-Family fund was formed in 2021 to take advantage of the robust housing market in Alberta. The Fund seeks to partner with experienced, reputable Developers, Investors and Operators and take equity positions in new and existing Multi-family projects.
Our first investment is a new project just completed in the Mission district in southwest Calgary close to the iconic 17th Avenue entertainment district. The Mission Flats building offers 67 luxury apartment units together with underground parking and was completed in February 2024. The Fund is seeking new investment opportunities and will focus on new and existing buildings in the 20+ suite range located within the greater Calgary area.

Opportunity Fund

Created in 2022 the Opportunity Fund seeks to make opportunistic investments in a variety of value-add projects in major markets in Alberta. Our first acquisition is a prominent re-development site at the corner of 17th Avenue and Centre Street SW adjacent to the Stampede Grounds in Calgary.

This former automotive property will eventually be re-developed into a mixed-use retail and multi-family project ideally located at the gateway to the re-imagined Culture & Entertainment District.
